Our approach is based on the fundamentals of human movement, focusing on exercises that the body was designed to do.

Alexandra and Michael share 20years of personal training experience between them.
Training with The Practise Club is an education in this method. We are interested in helping people who want to help themselves, people who want to learn how to change, adjust and tweak what they are doing in order for self improvement.
